HSPE’s health, safety and environmental (HSE) management system is formulated in accordance with the corporate standard Q/SHS0001.1-2001 Sinopec Safety, Environmental and Health (HSE) Management System of China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation (Sinopec), with reference to GB/T 24001-2004 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems — Specification, and combined with the company’s actual operational conditions.

This system ensures that all of the company’s business activities including top drive maintenance, technical services, equipment leasing and spare parts sales are carried out in full compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing safety, occupational health and environmental protection. We strive to achieve zero accidents, zero occupational health injuries and zero environmental pollution, and continuously progress toward advanced international standards for HSE management.
